Rates are reasonable and competitive and are based on the needs of
each client. Payment arrangements can be made as follows:

Per Project - For services required for a specific
project. This can be an hourly rate or fixed price depending
on the project and requires a deposit before services begin.
Hourly - For services required on a regular or as-needed basis. Hourly rates
vary according to service needs and complexity of the project and are billed in
15 minute increments with a one hour minimum.

Telephone Help Desk Support - If you need assistance with
hardware or software issues we provide telephone support billed
in 30 minute increments at $20.00 for each 30 minutes.

Retainer - We do not offer retainer rates, but provide
discounts for long-term contracts with a minimum of at least 20
hours per month. A one year agreement is required to
receive the discount. Hours are not carried over month to
month and if any month falls below the 20 hour minimum, the
discount is relinquished for that month and the regular hourly
rate will be charged.
